PERSONAL DATA
The member availing the services of Hello.vedlabs.in agrees to: – Provide the requisite amount of current, relevant, complete, and accurate information about himself/ herself that is required for the service availed, – Notify in case of any changes of the above information, To facilitate our services that pertain to the domain of astrology, you may have to disclose a few personal details to the astrologers. All these details are not recorded or kept by us in anyway. Only the details that you submit to us by being a member of our website are recorded and are kept away in our server. No third party has got access to it. You also agree that your account credentials shall not be transferred or sold or assigned to any another party. You shall also agree to immediately notify Hello.vedlabs.in of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security that comes to your knowledge.

ELIGIBILITY
Membership to the Site is void where prohibited. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member of Hello.vedlabs.in. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing Hello.vedlabs.in in writing to terminate your Membership.  Hello.vedlabs.in reserves its right to change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason and to cancel or suspend your Service at any time. Such cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. In case of service cancellation, your right to use the Service stops right away. Once the Service is cancelled or suspended, any data you may have stored on the Service may not be retrieved later. If we cancel the Service in its entirety without cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation. Hello.vedlabs.in also reserves the right to cancel your membership we it is unable to verify your account details. ARBITRATION; INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgement on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN

Refund Policy
Customers are requested to order carefully and with full consideration. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 1 hour from making the payment. The timelines displayed on the site are an approximation. We try to adhere to them to a very large extent. Delays will be considered as biases for refund if we are unable to serve you within 72 hours of your allocated time frame post telephonic confirmation.

We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. Hello.vedlabs.in will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. However, if you inform us within an hour of ordering, we will consider the changes to be made.

The services offered by Hello.vedlabs.in are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. Hello.vedlabs.in holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology. On ordering the customer assumes full responsibility upon this matter. Thus, no refunds will be issued on this ground.

Phone Advise: Please ensure that your contact number is in full coverage area and that you answer the phone when it rings. Any call once connected, will not be refunded.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway or any other charges that may have been borne by Hello.vedlabs.in in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

Astrologers on the panel of Hello.vedlabs.in may from time to time make recommendations of using mantras, yantras, gemstones or other astrological remedies to be used by you. Such recommendations are being made in good faith by the astrologers and Hello.vedlabs.in and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. You are required to make full disclosure about the emotional, mental and physical state of the person seeking advice from the panel of astrologers of Hello.vedlabs.in, so that the astrologers make an informed judgment about giving advice.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
